THEBAULT INGENIERIE brings together 120 people for the traditional leg of lamb for the SCHREIBER project in Cléry le Petit (Meuse)

THEBAULT INGENIERIE, which specialises in the design and construction of turnkey projects involving food factories brought together all those involved in the SCHREIBER project for the traditional leg of lamb cooked in tar. This event marked the roofing being completed on this operation and brought together around 120 people in a friendly atmosphere.
Design and construction of a 9160 m² food factory
SCHREIBER, a leading player in the food sector specialising in dairy produce showed its confidence in the THEBAULT INGENIERIE teams awarding them the contract to design and build its first site in France. This 9160 m² food factory will enable the firm to satisfy the terms of its agreement with the Système U brand in the supply of yoghurts, fresh cheeses and milk desserts. The first dairy products will leave this production site in the first half of 2019.
A look at how work is going
In order to respect the schedule that was drawn up, the THEBAULT INGENIERIE site managers have been busy for nine months. The project is being erected at a steady pace, and has already left its mark. The roofing has gone on the future building dedicated to production in order to allow the installation of the first ingredient mixing units during August. At the same time, the roofing and cladding is being completed on the other units and the concrete roof for the equipment area is currently being finished.
Celebrating with a leg of lamb
In order to celebrate the roofing going on, THEBAULT INGENIERIE invited 120 people including clients, partner firms, elected representatives and staff to a friendly event. This special day enabled people to get together brought everyone involved together to taste the leg of lamb cooked in tar, respecting a long tradition on building sites.
