

The challenge in the project
SAINT MICHEL specialises in the production of biscuits and pastries. In order to deal with a growth in its business and maintain the industrial strength of its factory in Saint Père en Retz, the firm wanted to renovate and extend its offices. The work was awarded to the teams from THEBAULT INGENIERIE
Our response
After building a 17,000 m² extension at the site in Saint Père en Retz in 2015, SAINT MICHEL once again chose THEBAULT INGENIERIE to carry out this operation. The project required twelve months of work and focused on extending the offices, staff rooms and a maintenance area. At the same time a car park with 110 spaces for light vehicles was created.
