

The challenge in the project
SCHREIBER specialises in processing dairy produce. The firm is moving next year to the NE of France to Cléry le Petit to satisfy the terms of an agreement with Système U to supply them with yoghurts, fresh cheeses and desserts in 2019.
Our response
THEBAULT INGENIERIE made the most of its expertise in the design and construction of major food factories to work with SCHREIBER on the construction of this 9160 m² project. This project is based around areas dedicated to the various phases including the reception, the preparation of ingredients, the equipment, dry and wet packaging, heaters and coolers, storage and dispatch.
