THEBAULT INGENIERIE worked with STALAVEN on the construction of a salad production unit in Saint Agathon (Côtes d’Armor).


The challenge in the project

STALAVEN is a food group based in the Côtes d’Armor. To cope with growth in its business and with the lack of space in its existing premises, the firm decided to develop and build a second production site.

Our response

Our teams worked on the construction of the site with from the initial study phase the possibility of tripling production capacity if the business continues to grow. This project was based around a mixed salad production zone, an area for packing, storing raw materials and a pre-treatment unit for waste water.
